Conservative cabinet minister Andrew Mitchell at bicycle
Article Source:- www.thesun.co.uk

COPS have called on foul-mouthed a Tory Chief Whip to resign after confirming that the millionaire minister launched an f-word rant at armed police.

Andrew Mitchell — newly-promoted by PM David Cameron — raged: “You’re f***ing plebs.”
The Prime Minister condemned Mr Mitchell after the The Sun revealed the outburst.
The Chief Whip apologised for his behaviour but insisted he did not use the words “plebs”.
However John Tully, Chairman of the Metropolitan Police Federation has backed The Sun’s account after speaking to the abused officer.
Mr Tully reportedly said: “I know what the officer has told me and I know who I believe."
He then called for Mr Mitchell to go, saying: “He should resign. As a Cabinet Minister it’s unacceptable for someone of his standing to use such disrespectful and abusive language to a police constable let alone anyone else.
"If the shoe was on the other foot and my officer had said those things he’d be out of a job now. It’s double standards.
“Only a few days ago the Government was expressing support for the police in the wake of the officers’ deaths in Manchester, and then we have a very senior member of the Government saying that officers are plebs and morons.
“I know Mr Mitchell has apologised and that’s good, but it’s not enough."
The cycling Tory’s outburst came the day after two women PCs were shot dead.
Foul-mouthed Mr Mitchell yelled the four-letter abuse at cops because they wouldn’t let him pedal his bike out of Downing Street.
He exploded with fury when armed police guarding No10 refused to open the street’s famous gates.

The PC targeted by the tirade reported to his superiors that Mitchell told him: “Best you learn your f***ing place. You don’t run this f***ing government.
“You’re f***ing plebs.”
An eyewitness said Mr Mitchell, 56, also branded them “morons”.
Speaking on a visit to Greater Manchester Police headquarters in the wake of the murders of Pcs Fiona Bone and Nicola Hughes, Mr Cameron said: “What Andrew Mitchell said and what he did was not appropriate. It was wrong and it is right that he has apologised.
“He has obviously apologised to me, but more importantly he has apologised thoroughly to the police and that needed to be done.
“Police do an outstanding job across our country. They do a very important job protecting places like Number 10 Downing Street and I am very conscious of the protection they give to me and my family and the work they do for everyone in public life.

“I am eternally grateful for that and the police should always have our respect and our help and support and that is very, very important.
His disgraceful outburst on Wednesday evening came just 33 HOURS after PCs Bone and Hughes were shot dead in Manchester.
The Police Federation of England and Wales, which represents rank-and-file officers, today slammed Mr Mitchell saying it was “hard to fathom how someone who holds the police in such contempt could be allowed to hold a public office”.
Tourists and other members of the public looking in towards No10 heard the tirade and were left “visibly shocked” by it, the Downing St cop told bosses.
Mr Mitchell last night admitted he flew off the handle and was abusive. But he firmly denied using the word “plebs”.
The newly-promoted Tory lost his rag when police told him security rules mean they open the main gate as little as possible.
They tried to usher him through a side gate used by all pedestrians.
A source reported Mr Mitchell as saying: “Open this gate, I’m the Chief Whip. I’m telling you — I’m the Chief Whip and I’m coming through these gates.”
Despite his fury, the officers refused to budge and warned him that he would be arrested under the Public Order Act if he continued to abuse them.

President Obama on Wednesday condemned the "outrageous and shocking" attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi that left the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans dead, vowing to work with the Libyan people to "bring justice" to their killers.
"Make no mistake. Justice will be done," Obama said, speaking from the Rose Garden alongside Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
He said "there is absolutely no justification to this type of senseless violence. None."
ORIGINAL STORY ...
The U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other American staff members were killed Tuesday in an attack on the U.S. Consulate in the Libyan city of Benghazi, the White House confirmed. President Obama, in a written statement issued Wednesday morning, called the attack "outrageous" and "senseless."
Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens was killed Tuesday night when he and a group of embassy employees went to the consulate to try to evacuate staff. The protesters, angry over a film that ridiculed Islam's Prophet Muhammad, were firing gunshots and rocket-propelled grenades.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, speaking from the State Department, called the tragedy "an attack that should shock the conscience of people of all faiths."
She vowed that those responsible would be "brought to justice." However, she said the U.S. would not turn away from Libya.
"Today, many Americans are asking, indeed I ask myself ... How could this happen in a country we helped liberate in a city we helped save from destruction?" Clinton said. "We must be clear-eyed even in our grief. ... This was an attack by a small and savage group, not the people or government of Libya."

Clinton said some Libyans tried to fight to defend the U.S. post while it was under attack, even carrying Stevens' body to a hospital.
Obama, in a statement Wednesday morning, condemned the "outrageous attack."
"Right now, the American people have the families of those we lost in our thoughts and prayers. They exemplified America's commitment to freedom, justice and partnership with nations and people around the globe, and stand in stark contrast to those who callously took their lives," he said.
The president is expected to address the tragedy from the Rose Garden at 10:35 a.m. ET.
Obama, in his statement, said he's directed the administration to provide "all necessary resources" to support security for U.S. personnel in Libya and to increase security at diplomatic offices around the world. One U.S. official said a team of 50 Marines is being deployed to Benghazi to secure the compound.
"While the United States rejects efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others, we must all unequivocally oppose the kind of senseless violence that took the lives of these public servants," Obama said.
Obama called Stevens "a courageous and exemplary representative of the United States" who "selflessly served our country and the Libyan people" throughout the Libyan revolution.
"His legacy will endure wherever human beings reach for liberty and justice," the president said.
The State Department identified one of the other three Americans killed as Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith, a husband and father of two who had worked for the State Department for 10 years. The U.S. government is still notifying the next of kin for the other two individuals killed, and has not identified them.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton described Stevens as a passionate and dedicated diplomat who had devoted himself to the transition in post-Qaddafi Libya.
"As the conflict in Libya unfolded, Chris was one of the first Americans on the ground in Benghazi.  He risked his own life to lend the Libyan people a helping hand to build the foundation for a new, free nation," she said.
Stevens was appointed as ambassador to Libya in May 2012.
He served as a special representative to the Libyan Transitional National Council during the revolution in 2011, and as the deputy chief of mission from 2007 to 2009. Originally from California, Stevens was an international trade lawyer before joining the Foreign Service in the early 1990s. He also served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps from 1983 to 1985, teaching English in Morocco.
U.S. officials remain on alert for violence at other diplomatic posts.
Hours before the Benghazi attack, hundreds of mainly ultraconservative Islamist protesters in Egypt marched to the U.S. Embassy in downtown Cairo, gathering outside its walls and chanting against the movie and the U.S. Most of the embassy staff had left the compound earlier because of warnings of the upcoming demonstration.
Dozens of protesters then scaled the embassy walls, and several went into the courtyard and took down the American flag from a pole.

THE Campaign for a Referendum on Britain’s EU membership was given a double boost yesterday.

A poll showed growing support for a national vote on the issue.

And 100,000 people signed a petition backing the call. It echoes growing frustration with more and more powers being handed over to Brussels.
Six out of ten adults said they would welcome a chance to decide whether we quit Europe.
This is twice the number opposed to a straight in-out referendum. Voters have also lost faith in politicians to work for our best interests in Europe.
About 71 per cent don’t trust MEPs to put our country first, according to the YouGov poll. It compares with 23 per cent who have any trust in our politicians.

THE police probe into phone hacking and alleged corrupt payments will rumble on for THREE years — and cost at least £40million.

hacking copsMPs were yesterday given the timescale — and bill — by the Scotland Yard cop in charge.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Sue Akers conceded as she revealed £9million had already been spent that questions will be asked about the “enormous amount of money”.

She told the Commons Home Affairs Committee as an army of 185 cops continues to work on three separate probes: “Post-Olympics we’re going to be in very, very tight financial times.
“Questions are going to be asked about how much longer you can let things run.”
Last night Tory MP Philip Davies said: “People in London are entitled to ask whether they want so much money spent on these inquiries rather than tackling organised crime, sex offenders and burglars.”
Ms Akers, who is to retire this year and hand over to Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stephen Kavanagh, said Operation Weeting had led to 25 arrests. Eight have been charged with phone hacking and six with perverting justice. Victims could top 4,744.

ENERGY giants were yesterday accused of ripping off eight in ten families so they can attract new customers with big discounts.

MPs were told the Big Six overcharge existing customers by around £150 a year to pay for eye-catching new deals.
But new customers with British Gas, E.On, Npower, EDF, SSE and Scottish Power then find their costs soaring when the temporary offer ends after a year.
Stephen Fitzpatrick, boss of Ovo Energy, told the Commons Energy Committee 85 per cent of Big Six customers were paying too much.
He said “predatory pricing” meant small firms like his were denied a fair chance of competing for new business.
He added: “It is a £30billion market and nobody wants to enter it — that’s the measure of competition. Energy companies should not be allowed to have a large difference between their lowest cost and average cost.”

ken clarke in trouble

DAVID Cameron cleared out his Cabinet disasters yesterday — but only after a host of bitter behind-the-scenes bust-ups in his tumultuous first major reshuffle.

Soft justice chief Ken Clarke and controversial ex-Health Secretary Andrew Lansley topped the list of ousted flops.
The Tory faithful were also delighted by a raft of big promotions for leading right wingers over their moderate rivals.
Hardman Chris Grayling’s promotion into the Cabinet as the new Justice Secretary was particularly heralded.
The PM’s decisive action was designed to heal deep wounds with dozens of his own rebellious backbenchers — as well as stamp the Conservatives’ authority on their ever-more difficult Lib Dem partners.
But The Sun can reveal he also botched a series of other moves that left him scrabbling to save face. Among them:

  • WELFARE boss Iain Duncan Smith refused a move to Justice Secretary, insisting he wanted to finish his work revolution.

  • OUSTED Tory Party Chairman Baroness Warsi resigned from the Government in anger, only for the PM to beg her to return with a far more powerful role than he originally offered her.

  • HARD-WORKING Police Minister Nick Herbert stormed out of the Government completely, livid at missing out on a Cabinet promotion yet again.

  • HIS old Oxford Uni mate Lord Feldman was furious to lose the Tory co-chairman title to give new boss Grant Shapps sole billing, and insisted it be hastily reinstated.
The other big winner from more than 24 hours of drama in Westminster was Jeremy Hunt, the new Health Secretary.
Bungling Caroline Spelman was axed as Environment Secretary — replaced by right-winger and climate change sceptic Owen Paterson. Anonymous Welsh Secretary Cheryl Gillam was also dumped.
In the day’s biggest drama, popular Sayeeda Warsi — the Cabinet’s first female Muslim — turned down the role of Commonwealth Minister along with the equalities brief.
Friends of the punchy northerner branded it a job “so tokenistic it was ridiculous”.
The 41-year-old peer left London for her home in Yorkshire first thing yesterday — leaving the PM unable to see her and plunging No10 into dismay at losing a key communicator.
A beefed-up job as William Hague’s deputy at the Foreign Office was swiftly cooked up for her instead, and she was also tempted back with the dual role of faith and communities minister at the Local Government department.
Veteran Mr Clarke took his demotion on the chin by slipping off to watch cricket.
The 72-year-old was reduced to Minister without Portfolio — meaning he can attend Cabinet as a wise head, but not as a full member. He will also sit on the Cabinet’s key economic committee and National Security Council.
    david cameron
Trying to put on a brave face, Ken insisted he had not been humiliated, saying: “Being offered a job in the Cabinet at my age? Don’t be daft.”

Tory MP Philip Davies said: “This is a great victory for The Sun campaign to get rid of Ken Clarke. I’m confident Chris Grayling will ditch Ken’s soft justice policies.”
Friends of Mr Lansley said he was convinced he would stay on at Health after surviving the furore over NHS reforms and was stunned by his dramatic demotion.
The PM continued making appointments lower down Government late into last night.
His “big beasts” all kept their jobs, with no attempt to change his Chancellor, Foreign Secretary, Home Secretary, Defence Secretary and Education Secretary.
But there were 13 moves among the 31 ministers who will now sit round the Cabinet table — up from 29. Middle and lower ranks of Government are also getting a hefty shake-up, with a raft of Tory old-timers booted out of office. The final new ministers’ names will be announced this morning before the new Cabinet meets this afternoon.

    Monday, 27 August 2012

Now a days an interesting thing is shown that PML(N) copied most of policies of tahreek-e-insaaf. What are these policies? Let me tell you the answer of this question.

    <>1st Policy of Tahreeq-e-Insaaf:-

Tehreeq-e-insaaf starts making cards of membership to check that how people love to them and people specially youth take part in it with a spirit and it shows that they are with IMRAN KHAN and Tehreeq-e-insaaf.

    tehreeq-e-inaaf member ship card
    bukhariwebs.blogspot.com

PML(N) Copied policy of making member ship cards:-
When PML(N) Feels that this making of member ship cards increases the spirit of people they copied this policy and start making cards of PML(N) but they badly failed because a very few people take part in this.

    2nd policy of Tehreq-e-insaaf:-

Tehreeq-e-insaaf starts another program of conversion to the youth they offer to the people that if you      want to become a member of imran khan then register your number and become a part of tehreeq-e-insaaf this policy also make tehreeq-e-insaaf much stronger because people sport this and many people take part in this.

    PLM(N) Copied the 2nd policy of Tehreq-e-insaaf:-

When PLM(N) show that Tehreeq-e-insaaf start conversion to the people in this policy they also copied this policy but their is a big difference in this copy that to become a part of Tehreeq-e-insaaf you have to registered but in this copy you don't need to rigister it means this policy also badly fails.
